Excluded Persons

If you fall into any of these categories and attempt to register or continue using an account, rk222 will void any winnings and close the account without notice.
Important: rk222 uses third-party age and identity verification tools. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Account Registration & Verification
To access betting and casino services on rk222, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number (used for bKash, Nagad, or your preferred payment method), and a valid email address. rk222 will use this information to verify your identity and administer your account.
rk222 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before a withdrawal can be processed, all account holders are required to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport) and, where requested, proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC verification is also required if your account activity triggers an internal review threshold.
Accuracy of Information
You must ensure that all information provided to rk222 is accurate and current at all times. If any registered information changes — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account promptly. rk222 is not liable for losses or delays arising from inaccurate account information.
Username and Password Security

One Account Rule
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account with rk222. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms. rk222 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, all balances held pending investigation, and any bonuses or winnings generated across duplicate accounts will be permanently voided.
Section 3
Deposits and Withdrawals
rk222 processes financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the conditions set out in this section. rk222 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider.
Minimum Deposit
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by rk222, however your payment provider's own limits may apply. Deposits are credited to your rk222 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment network. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method registered to your rk222 account. You cannot withdraw funds to a payment method that was not used for a deposit on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes. Accounts that have not yet completed KYC verification may experience delays of up to 72 hours while identity documents are reviewed.
Third-Party Payments Prohibited
rk222 does not accept deposits from payment accounts not registered in your own name, and will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the account flagged for review. Attempting to use third-party payment methods is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
Currency and Exchange
All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses on rk222 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). rk222 does not support multi-currency accounts. If you deposit via a payment method that processes in a different currency, any conversion is handled by your payment provider and rk222 is not responsible for exchange rate differences or conversion fees applied by the provider.
Section 4
Bonuses and Promotions
rk222 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonuses credited to your account cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first satisfy the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable. Free spins winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the applicable promotion. rk222 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus balances where abuse is suspected.
Welcome Bonus
New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus upon making their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility, bonus value, minimum deposit threshold, and wagering requirements will be stated in the active welcome bonus promotion. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player only once. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once — including through duplicate accounts — will result in all bonus amounts being voided.
Bonus Abuse
rk222 takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk; exploiting a technical error or miscalculation in a bonus offer; and using a third party's credentials to claim a bonus. Where bonus abuse is identified, rk222 will void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and may permanently close the account.
Expiry of Bonuses
All bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds that have not been played through or withdrawn before the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account balance without notice. rk222 is not obligated to provide reminders about impending bonus expiry.
Section 5
Betting Rules
All bets placed on rk222 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. These rules are displayed within each game or betting market. In the event of any ambiguity between the general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game or market.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by rk222, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. rk222 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including: obvious pricing errors; event cancellation; match abandonment; and where evidence of irregular betting patterns or match-fixing is identified. In cases of voided bets, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.
Pricing Errors
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were published due to a manifest error (including, but not limited to, a technical fault, data feed error, or human input error), rk222 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. rk222 will communicate any such decision to the affected player by email within 48 hours of identifying the error.
Live Betting
Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds in live markets update in real time and may change between the time a bet is submitted and the time it is processed. rk222 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice, including during the course of an event. Bets submitted while a market is suspended will not be accepted.
Section 6
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on rk222 and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all winnings, and potential permanent account closure:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market
- Using rk222 to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings that would not otherwise accrue under normal game operation
- Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment documents
- Engaging in any activity that damages, disrupts, or places an unreasonable load on rk222's infrastructure or services
rk222 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will provide account records, transaction histories, and IP data upon receipt of a valid legal request. Players engaged in prohibited conduct may also face civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
Section 7
Account Suspension and Termination
rk222 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider; or where rk222 determines that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform.
Where an account is closed by the player voluntarily, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. Limitation of Liability
rk222 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rk222 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the platform and its services. rk222 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. rk222 shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings, or any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the platform.
rk222's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
